Registrations Tutorial for International Participants
1. Go to the homepage: 🔗 https://www.aapdasia2025.com
You will land on the AAPD Asia 2025 main website, which displays event information, dates, location, and navigation menus.
2. From the homepage, click on “Register for International Participants”.
3. After clicking on the Register for International Participants link, you will be automatically redirected to the registration page.
4. On the registration page, click “Register” to begin the process.
5. Once you click "Register," a pop-up will display the registration fee along with an option to select the number of participants to be registered.
6. International participants can choose any ticket category that includes “USD” in the name. These categories are intended for attendees from outside Indonesia, such as:
- Dentist – International (USD)
- Dental Hygienist/Dental Therapist – International (USD)
- Dental Students – International (USD)
- Chief Dental Officer – International (USD)
- Accompanying Person – International (USD)
Please select the appropriate category before proceeding with registration.
7. You will then be asked to complete a registration form by entering accurate details such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, country of residence, and affiliation before continuing to the payment step.
8. Next, fill in your full address details including name, phone number, street, city, zip code, country, and province then click "Confirm" to proceed to payment.
9. Select your preferred payment method either PayPal or Wire Transfer then click the corresponding button to proceed with payment.
10. To proceed with the payment via PayPal without logging in, simply enter your email address in the provided field and click "Continue to Payment."
11. Next, enter your debit or credit card details in the fields provided to complete the payment without needing a PayPal account.
12. After completing all the required information, click ‘Agree and Pay.’ A notification will then be sent via email.

Panduan Pendaftaran untuk Partisipan Indonesia
1. Untuk memulai proses pendaftaran, kunjungi situs resmi AAPD Asia 2025 di https://www.aapdasia2025.com/
2. Setelah membuka halaman utama, klik tombol ‘Register for Indonesian Participants’ untuk melanjutkan proses pendaftaran khusus peserta dari Indonesia. Setelah diklik, halaman akan dialihkan ke halaman pendaftaran.
3. Selanjutnya, akan ditampilkan rincian biaya pendaftaran beserta jumlah peserta yang akan didaftarkan. Klik tombol ‘Register’ untuk memulai proses pendaftaran.
4. Peserta dari Indonesia dapat memilih kategori tiket yang menggunakan mata uang IDR (Rp). Pastikan memilih kategori tanpa label “International (USD)”, seperti:
- Dokter Gigi Non-Member IPKESGIMI – IDR
- Dokter Gigi Member IPKESGIMI – IDR
- Mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi – IDR
- Pre - Conference – IDR
- Dokter Gigi Non-Member IPKESGIMI – IDR
Pilih kategori yang sesuai sebelum melanjutkan ke proses registrasi.
5. Setelah klik ‘Register’, halaman pengisian data peserta akan muncul untuk melengkapi informasi pendaftaran. Jika data sudah lengkap, klik tombol ‘Go to Payment’ untuk melanjutkan proses pembayaran.
6. Jika sudah klik ‘Go to Payment’, akan diarahkan ke halaman pengisian alamat lengkap secara detail. Di halaman tersebut juga tersedia rincian pesanan, termasuk jumlah peserta dan biaya yang harus dibayarkan. Setelah memastikan data sudah benar, klik tombol ‘Confirm’ untuk menyelesaikan proses pendaftaran.
7. Selanjutnya, akan muncul halaman ‘Confirm Order’ yang berisi alamat lengkap untuk verifikasi sebelum melanjutkan ke pembayaran. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui wire transfer atau transfer bank. Setelah memilih metode pembayaran, klik tombol ‘Pay now’ untuk menyelesaikan proses pembayaran.
8. Untuk menyelesaikan pendaftaran, lakukan pembayaran sesuai jumlah yang tertera saat pemesanan. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui transfer ke rekening yang tersedia. Setelah itu, kirim bukti transfer ke nomor yang tertera pada petunjuk. Tiket acara akan dikirim melalui email dan WhatsApp setelah pembayaran terverifikasi.
